While the spirit of '21's Wine Cellar has remained unchanged over the decades, it has recently been remodeled to afford patrons an opportunity to dine in an atmosphere steeped in history. Upon the remodeling, a section of the Wine Cellar was turned into an elegant private dining room that seats 20 patrons. Amidst wine racks, diners can enjoy a six-course meal with their specially selected wines.

Work continues at the 21 Club today. A new "A La Carte" room is being created on the second floor to provide additional dining room space. In addition, the existing kitchen is being modified to accommodate the revised menu.

A new split air conditioning system and duct distribution has been designed to serve the "A La Carte" room. Kitchen ventilation has been improved and attendant upgrades to food service equipment have been also provided.
