Project consisted of the expansion and renovation of five elementary schools in the Darien Public School system. Approximately 105,000 ft2 of new construction and 177,000 ft2 of existing construction were involved in the project, construction cost of approximately $19 Million. Our work included new systems for ventilation, heating, lighting, power, communications, fire protection, plumbing and air conditioning in the new portions, and renovation of existing systems within the existing portion of the buildings. In addition, sitework to support the building's systems was included in the design. |
