This project consists of the expansion and renovation of the Stark School, an elementary school in the Stamford Public School system. Approximately 23,000 ft2 of new construction and 71,000 ft2 of existing construction are involved in this project, which has a construction cost of approximately $8 Million.
Our work includes new systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power, communications, fire protection, plumbing throughout both the new and existing portions of the school. In addition, sitework to support the building's systems was included in the design.
