The renovation of this 19th century reference room in the former library provides rich wood tones and warm lighting, with up-to-date computers, fiber-optic wiring, and climate-controlled facilities throughout the building.

Fully networked classroom with workstations for every student, conference rooms for small group projects, and study spaces offer a variety of options for using this special place.

Miss Porter's 16,000-volume general collection and its special collections are consolidated in this 20,000 square foot library.

The library also includes an audio video production studio, eight small rooms for collaborative work, and additional reading rooms.
