We began our relationship with the Detroit Institute of Arts in 1989 as master plan engineers; a role we continue in today. The Institute has expanded that role to include mechanical and electrical engineering of their "critical projects."

Establish concepts, Peer review and coordination of local engineer's efforts.

Assist the DIA in selection and direct purchase of a new DDC control system.

Consult on thermal and moisture migration issues of improvement of existing perimeter envelope.

The above represents the first group of projects that was a $10,000,000 upgrade to the existing infrastructure conducted over a 5 year period.
