1904 Building
This building was completely upgraded to provide Museum quality climate standards. The boiler plant was rebuilt and rehabilitated. New security and fire protection systems were installed. These systems were integrated with existing 1974 building systems.
1974 Building
Existing temperature and humidity control systems were modernized to provide Museum quality climate standards. The chiller plant was expanded to accommodate 1904 Building Systems, Hackerman House and Administrative Offices.
Hackerman House
This Victorian Mansion located on an adjacent site was recently acquired by the Museum. The House was renovated and connected to the Museum's mechanical and electrical systems by bridge. New dining areas were provided in the space between the buildings. Chilled water and heating are supplied from the central plants.
Administrative Office Mansion
This Building was provided with heating and air conditioning from the central plant to provide comfort air conditions.
