Philip C. Steiner, P.E. Principal

Philip Steiner has been with the firm since 1989, and was named a Principal in the firm in 1999. He is responsible for the HVAC engineering and project management for many major building projects. Mr. Steiner has excellent experience in HVAC system design and production, including HVAC for historic buildings and HVAC systems for conservation environments.

Mr. Steiner has lectured in Engineering Sciences at the Yale University Graduate School of Architecture. He has acted as a mentor for high school students in the Stamford, CT ACE (Architect, Contractor, Engineer) program, a program designed to introduce high school students to the architectural and engineering fields. He is also a Director of the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT, a vibrant music school in an urban setting.

Mr. Steiner recently directed the completion of documents for the addition and renovation of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, a major project that reopened to the public in November 2004.
