    Ms. Nystrom joined the firm in 1988. She is the first electrical engineer to join the firm with formal education in building environmental engineering with specialization in lighting and electrical systems design.

    In addition to her duties as an electrical project engineer, she has undertaken special assignments in lighting design and control. She has proven to be invaluable in providing a liaison with the offices of independent lighting designers.

    Ms. Nystrom possesses excellent project administration skills, of particular value for multi-use facilities. She routinely represents our firm as principal-in-charge and project manager, coordinating the efforts of all disciplines.

    Ms. Nystrom's recent management assignments include the renovations of the National WWII Museum project in New Orleans, LA., American Museum of Natural History infrastructure and master planning projects and the Yale University Art Gallery. New construction projects currently include the Clark Art Institute and Brown University Creative Arts Center. She recently completed the Housatonic Community College Expansion and Theater Renovation in Bridgeport, CT, and The Richard Gilder Graduate School at the AMNH.
