The project involved approximately 12,000 ft2 + of what is termed "decorative upgrade", all of which occurs on the ground floor. Our scope included incorporation of the smaller stores on Fifth Avenue, and integrating services of those spaces.

Our general scope of work included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for this high quality retail space. The project was begun in early 1996 and is now complete.
