AltieriSeborWieber has applied its experience with the highly detailed residences, museums, and theaters to its commercial retail projects. For the new Richards of Greenwich Connecticut, AltieriSeborWieber provided services to both the building architects and the interior design firm responsible for the furniture, casework, and display windows.

Working with creative lighting designers is not new to AltieriSeborWieber. We have collaborated on other "high end" retail projects such as the Polo Flagship store in New York, Nicole Farhi of New York, and the Philosophy Boutique in New York to name a few. Those projects are similar to Richards in their high level lighting power budgets, high customer populations, and space planning.

The HVAC systems are simple compared to other types of buildings. What makes projects like Richards unique is the way the simple HVAC systems can serve spaces with high internal heat gains without the use of unsightly commercial air delivery systems.

The sense of fashion pervades the project and is reflected in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical systems, from the lighting, to the HVAC delivery system, to the selection of plumbing fixtures and sprinkler heads.
