Our firm was engaged in the conversion of the circa 1928 college auditorium to a 500 seat concert hall with additional teaching facilities. The balcony, raked floor, special materials and acoustic features provide Franklin & Marshall with a new arts centerpiece.
Completely new mechanical and electrical systems allow for demands of visiting production companies, in addition to the music department performances. The new displacement-type air system serving the house and stage takes advantage of stratified air by only conditioning the occupied spaces while maintaining the acoustic integrity of the hall.
